All item photos and descriptions are matched as accurately as possible to ensure you are buying with confidence. Different screens may show variations in colours which HeXcessive isn't responsible for.
Before shipping, all orders are photographed in and out of packaging, with date and time stamps, as proof of condition. Art and prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve and then in suitable and reinforced packaging.
Original Art
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, a return will be accepted so the damage can be assessed and fixed where possible and a case opened on your behalf to the shipping provider. All original art is insured to the purchase value.
Royal Mail has an 80-day policy from posting to submit a claim. Please get in touch within 7 Days of receiving your order and another 7 days to return it.
Please be advised to return your original art via a tracked and signed for method. This will cover for any loss or further damage.
If the damage cannot be fixed, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Prints and Merch
Prints and merch are not subject to returns or refunds. If damage is caused from shipping, a replacement will be offered.
